Vulgar usernames

I am far from being a prude, but some usernames are ridiculous.  Usernames are basically the name people on that part of the internet know you and you really want them to just think of you as Dr. Largecock?  Seriously?  I just don't understand why people pick names referencing the size of their anatomy or some sexual act.
