That isn't photoshopped. It's quite real and sold at a major restaurant here in the US. More specifically, at Denny's. It's ice cream, bacon and maple syrup. Who in their right mind would decide to combine meat and ice cream? This is either a sign of the apocalypse or a sign that Cthulhu is now a part owner of Denny's.
